VIP Stream FAQ
What the heck is a VIP stream?
Simply put, it's a private stream scheduled in advance, payed for at an hourly rate by a single individual or group. Now what this means is, you pay for the time and you can ask for just about any kind of art I'm capable of producing.
Anything from lots of little scribbles, ref sheets, character design work to full painterly work if you're so inclined.

I've submitted my form, when can I expect my stream?
I wish I had the time and energy to accept every form submitted but sadly, I am but a squishy, squishy person.
Submitting a form isn't a guarantee of a stream, but it does enter you for a pool of slots available in the coming month. a week or so before that month, you will receive an email either confirming an appointment with all the relevant info, or an email saying that you haven't been selected for this batch of streams.
when do you take payment?
I accept payment just as the appointed stream is set to begin, but upon request I can set up a payment plan in advance.
I got a slot, Where do I submit my ideas and referances to?
You can keep a hold of all the relevant info, refs and links until the day of the stream. When we sit down to work I'll provide access to a shared document for us to go over all the details. If you'd like to compile everything in advance on your own and just import it over later that's great.
That said, you can also choose to arrive on the day with just a character ref and a loose idea too. I enjoy being given creative freedom so I can work with either!
What happens if the timer runs out in the middle of a picture?
I work to the job not the clock, I'll happily run a bit into overtime without any extra charge to finish a given piece, no worries!
That said, if we wrap up and idea with only a short amount of time left on the clock, I will let you know if a request is unfeasible in that period and suggest what can be done in the remaining time, or failing that, offer a refund for the unused portion of the stream left on the clock.
Do I have to attend the stream / sit in for the entire thing?
No actually! But after the stream all work is final, as we change and alter work to your preferences during said stream. If you're happy to trust me, all I need is the list of ideas, references and the payment by the start of the stream and I can begin work.
Can I request the stream/art be kept private?
Sure, If you'd like to just have a private stream with just you and your friends I can give a password for you to share!
I typically put all art into a monthly Patreon pack, but upon request I can withhold specific pieces or the entirety of the work if necessary from this.
